What jaanuhos does
jaanuhos is a ticketing platform. Each event is run by an independent organizer, who sets prices and is responsible for the event itself. When you buy, you are buying from the organizer.
Your tickets
Tickets are tied to the phone number you signed in with. Each ticket admits one person once. Don't copy, sell for profit, or tamper with tickets. We or the organizer may void tickets obtained that way.
Payments and fees
You pay the organizer through your wallet provider. A booking fee is shown before you pay. Refunds follow our refunds page.
Your account
Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for tickets you send to other numbers.
