What we collect

Your phone number, the name you give at checkout, your orders and tickets, and when your ticket is scanned. Payment details stay with your wallet provider; we only receive a transaction reference.

Why

To sign you in, deliver and check tickets, stop resellers, and help with payment problems.

Who sees it

The organizer of an event you buy for sees your name, phone number and tickets for that event. Our SMS provider receives your number to send codes and tickets. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see or delete your data. We keep order records that tax or payment rules require us to keep.
