Do I need to install an app?

No. Buy on this website and your tickets appear under My tickets. Sign in with your phone number to see them on any phone.

How do I sign in?

Enter your Nepali mobile number and we'll text you a 6-digit code. There's no password. Your tickets are tied to that number.

How do I pay?

With your Khalti wallet. eSewa and Fonepay bank QR are coming soon. We never see your wallet PIN; you pay on the wallet's own page.

What is the booking fee?

A small fee per ticket, shown before you pay. The ticket price itself goes to the organizer.

I paid but I don't see my ticket

Open the order from the link on the payment page and tap “Check payment again”. We check with the wallet directly. If it still shows unpaid after a few minutes, email [email protected] with your order number and the wallet's transaction ID.

Why does my QR code keep changing?

It refreshes every 30 seconds so a screenshot or photo of it won't get in. Open the ticket on your phone at the gate. You need the page open, not a saved image.

Can I give a ticket to a friend?

Yes. Open the ticket, tap “Send this ticket to someone” and enter their number. They get an SMS, and your copy stops working.

How many tickets can I buy?

Each event sets a limit per phone number, usually 6. This keeps tickets away from resellers.
