Refunds and cancellations

When you buy a ticket, your payment goes straight to the event organizer's own wallet account. jaanuhos doesn't hold your money, so refunds come from the organizer.

If the event is cancelled

The organizer refunds ticket holders through the wallet you paid with. Once a refund is recorded, your tickets are marked void and the booking fee is not charged.

If the event is postponed

Your tickets stay valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, ask the organizer about a refund. Their name is on the event page.

If you can't attend

Each organizer sets its own policy. Many don't refund individual tickets. You can send your ticket to a friend instead.
